Do I need anything besides the deck?
Just Anki, the flashcard app. It is free on desktop and Android and paid on iPhone. Download your deck, double-click the file, and start reviewing.
What does “understand 80%” mean?
You know 80 of every 100 words in the dialogue, counting each word every time it appears. The rest are rarer words you can usually guess from context or look up.
Do decks get updated?
Yes. Download a deck you own again and you get the latest version: better audio, corrections, new sentences. No extra cost.
Who handles payment, receipts and refunds?
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record. They charge your card, send the receipt and handle sales tax, so your invoice comes from them. For a refund, reply to the receipt email or message me on Discord. The Refund Policy spells out your EU withdrawal rights.
